About

Our services are grounded in the understanding that people: have inherently good intentions, want to be productive, and want to create meaningful connections with others.

Anxiety and ADHD can sometimes obscure a person's inherent goodness,  their success and/or desire to succeed, and their interest in social connection. Therefore, ADHD and Anxiety can overshadow a person's personality; which can lead people with Anxiety or ADHD to often feel misunderstood.

Once clients (and their parents) learn to manage their ADHD and Anxiety symptoms, their personality may come out more!

Our services aim to help clients -- both children and adults -- align their behavior with their good intentions, and help others better understand their perspective. This, in turn, can help create more peaceful home, school, and work environments.
